The four corners of Eruwa town in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State, located in Southwest Nigeria, erupted with joy on Thursday, June 30th, 2024.
The celebration was in honor of Chief Mrs. Bosede Daramola as she was conferred with the title of Iyaloja General of Ibarapaland by royal fathers across the seven Ibarapa areas, along with leaders of the National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANT) Oyo State Chapter, and all traders in Ibarapaland. Chief Mrs. Bosede Daramola, the new Iyaloja of Ibarapa, is also the Chief Executive Officer of DEJURON Food and the Iyalode of Eruwaland.

The significant occasion of her installation and coronation took place at the Ibarapa East Local Government Secretariat and was attended by guests from diverse backgrounds, particularly sons and daughters of Ibarapaland and friends of Iyalode Daramola. The event was marked by the approval of Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, RT, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin, Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, and the Commissioner for Trade in Oyo State, Hon. Chief Ademola Ojo, who also serves as the Babaloja General of Ibarapaland.
The coronation ceremony was overseen by Chief (Mrs.) Yeye Odunnayo Danjuma, Chairperson of NANTS Oyo State and Southwest NANTS Coordinator. The celebration reflected the confidence and sincerity that market leaders had in Iyalode Daramola, recognizing her genuine commitment to their association.
Theyurged her to uphold the qualities that led to her nomination and installation as the new Iyaloja General of Ibarapaland, emphasizing that her dedication would yield fruitful results.
