In the ever-dynamic landscape of Lagos and beyond, few stories capture the harmony between compassion and commerce as compellingly as that of Olori Queen Ruth Olufunke Egundupe of Ipaja Land. A woman of grace, vision, and purpose, Queen Ruth represents a new generation of African royalty—one that blends tradition with transformative impact.
At the heart of her mission is the Ruth and Faseda 2024 Foundation, a fast-rising humanitarian platform that has, within just two years, become a beacon of hope for widows, orphans, the elderly, and other underserved members of society across Lagos State. Far beyond charity, the Foundation operates as a structured social intervention vehicle—addressing poverty at its roots while restoring dignity to those too often forgotten.

*RESTORING DIGNITY THROUGH HUMANITARIAN ACTION*
In response to Nigeria’s growing economic pressures and food insecurity, the Foundation established the Ipaja Food Bank, a lifeline for struggling households in Alimosho and its environs. Through its annual distribution of Hope Bundles—carefully assembled food items and household essentials—over 75 households have received critical support, reassurance, and renewed hope.
Equally significant is the Foundation’s courageous stand against Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV). Through targeted sensitisation programmes in schools and community centres, young people are educated on consent, bodily autonomy, and safe reporting channels. Strategic collaborations with legal advocates further ensure survivor protection, helping to dismantle stigma and challenge long-standing cultural silence.

*FROM COMMUNITY IMPACT TO GLOBAL MARKETS*
Queen Ruth’s influence extends beyond humanitarian service into enterprise through Rofaseda Foods & Cosmetics UK, a thriving brand redefining access to authentic African culinary and wellness products in the United Kingdom.
For Africans in the diaspora, food is memory, culture, and identity. Rofaseda serves as a trusted cultural bridge—curating premium staples that define the Nigerian kitchen while meeting stringent UK quality and safety standards. From Iyan, Elubo, Lafun, and diverse Garri varieties, to stockfish, smoked catfish, crayfish, and Ewa Oloyin, the brand delivers authenticity without compromise.
Its rich collection of oils, condiments, and spices—including red palm oil, egusi, ogbono, suya spice, pepper soup mix, iru, Cameroon pepper, and zobo—brings unmistakable African flavour to homes across the UK. Each package reflects excellence, integrity, and cultural pride.

*WHERE ENTERPRISE MEETS EMPATHY*
What distinguishes Queen Ruth Olufunke Egundupe is the seamless synergy between her humanitarian vision and business acumen. Rofaseda Foods & Cosmetics UK is not merely a commercial success—it is an extension of her values, supporting cultural preservation, diaspora connection, and sustainable empowerment while reinforcing the impact of her philanthropic work in Nigeria.

*A LEGACY THAT TRANSCENDS TITLES*
Whether feeding families in Alimosho or reconnecting African households abroad with the taste of home, Queen Ruth embodies leadership anchored in empathy, excellence, and service. Through the Ruth and Faseda 2024 Foundation and Rofaseda Foods & Cosmetics UK, she is shaping a legacy that transcends borders—a legacy of hope, dignity, cultural pride, and enduring impact.

For Elitist Magazine, her story is a powerful testament to what purposeful leadership looks like in a changing world—crowned in responsibility, guided by compassion, and driven by vision.
