On Monday, 12th January 2026, Rotarian Ifeyinwa Rita Ejezie marked a remarkable milestone as she celebrated her 60th Birthday Anniversary, attracting warm tributes, echoes of congratulations, and a flood of goodwill messages from family, friends, and associates across the globe.

*CELEBRATION IN STYLE*
The diamond-age celebration was held in grand and elegant style aboard a boat cruise, where family members, close friends, and associates gathered to honour a life defined by service, impact, and compassion. The serene ambience of the open waters provided a fitting backdrop for an atmosphere filled with joy, love, gratitude, and heartfelt thanksgiving.

*ROTARY FAMILY AND FRIENDS UNITE*
Members of the Rotary Club of Ikoyi Metro, led by their President, Rotarian Alexander Chukwu, were highly represented at the event. Friends and colleagues from Rotary International Districts 9112 and 9111 were also fully on ground, turning out in large numbers to celebrate their former leader on this memorable milestone.

*MOMENTS OF JOY*
Throughout the cruise, guests were treated to an abundance of food, light music, and warm fellowship as the boat glided gently across the sea. The afternoon celebration flowed seamlessly into the evening, with laughter, reflections, and shared memories enriching the experience. *A LEGACY OF LEADERSHIP*
Rotarian Ifeyinwa Rita Ejezie, an illustrious daughter of Ihiala, Anambra State, is widely celebrated for her enduring legacy of service. She served as the District Governor of Rotary International, District 9110 (2023–2024) and remains a shining example of leadership, excellence, and humanitarian commitment.

A 2nd Level Major Donor and Bequest Society member of Rotary International, she has contributed over $26,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Her Rotary journey, which began during her undergraduate days as a Rotaractor before joining the Rotary Club of Ikoyi Metro in 2006, has seen her serve in several strategic leadership positions, including Club President, Vice-Captain of Zonal Coordinators, Chairman of District Conferences, and Assistant Governor supervising over 12 clubs.

*PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE*
Beyond Rotary, she is a Distinguished Chartered Stockbroker and Corporate Administrator, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Pension Institute of Nigeria, and the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria. She has also served as a Director on the Capital Market Development Fund of the Securities and Exchange Commission and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Association of Securities Dealing Houses of Nigeria.
