*LAGOS, NIGERIA* — The 2026 edition of the Laurel Events Business Forum (LBF), themed “The Footprint: Success through Global Synergy,” An Annual conference has concluded in Lagos with a strong call for structural reform, regulatory compliance, and international expansion within Nigeria’s event industry and business space.
Held at Shasha Event Services Hall, Ikeja, the conference brought together leading event entrepreneurs, financial experts, consultants, and industry stakeholders to address emerging challenges and opportunities in the sector.

Organizers described the 2026 forum as a deliberate intervention aimed at repositioning Nigeria’s businesses from fragmented micro-enterprises into structured, scalable, and internationally aligned businesses.

    The keynote address was delivered by Mavi Sokia Isibor, Executive Vice Chairman of Poise Nigeria Limited, who focused on strategies for international expansion and service standardization.

*CORPORATE STRUCTURES AND INDUSTRY FORMALIZATION*
A heart to heart panel session featuring Coach Mutiat Olagoke, Managing Director of Egreat Media Limited, Olivia-Victor Uzomah of Glowline consulting limited and Oghenekevwe Okoh (Glitz Sprinkles Events) examined the transition from informal operations to structured enterprises.
Discussions focused on:
